Workamper Rendezvous Event Refund Policy…

COVID-19 Related Event Refunds:

If the event should be cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns, government health safety regulations, or other uncontrollable circumstances happening in our country or state, all registrants will receive a full refund for all event registration fees.  The decision to cancel to the event based on this type of circumstance will be made no later than one month prior to the event start date.

Normal Event Refunds:

If you have registered for the Rendezvous and for any reason decide that you cannot come, please call or email us as soon as possible to request a refund.  We normally process your refund within 24-48 hours. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to register. If we are unable to credit back to the card for any reason, we will mail a check after we contact you for your current address.

Refunds will be made in full (minus a transaction fee of 3%) up to October 2nd. Past this date, due to the costs involved with getting your event materials prepared and meals accounted for, we will subtract $60 per registrant from the refund amount.

If you are registered for the event, you do not notify us to cancel your registration, and you do not come to the event, we will subtract $60 per registrant from the refund amount. You will not receive any event materials nor a credit towards a future Rendezvous.

Optional Bonus Session Refunds*:

If you need to cancel your registration for one of these sessions please contact us as soon as possible as there is limited seating. Refunds will be made in full (minus a transaction fee of 3%) up to two weeks before the event. Past this date, the refund amount will be determined by the presenter of the Bonus Session based on their costs/materials acquired for their attendees.
