Workamper Rendezvous Event Refund Policy…
Main Event Refunds:
If you have purchased tickets to the Rendezvous and for any reason decide that you cannot come, please call or email us to request a refund. We normally process your refund within 24-48 hours. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to register. If we are unable to credit back to the card for any reason, we will mail a check.
Refunds will be made in full (minus transaction fees of 3%) up to two weeks before the event. Past this date, due to the costs involved with getting your event materials prepared and meals accounted for, we will subtract $60 per ticket from the refund amount.
Optional Bonus Day Session Refunds:
If you need to cancel your registration for one of these sessions please contact us ASAP as there is very limited seating. Refunds will be made in full minus transaction fees of 3% up to two weeks before the event. Past this date, the refund amount will be determined by the presenter of the Bonus Day session based on their costs/materials acquired for their attendees.
